I like how this game forces you to think like a Jedi. Too much aggression will get you killed, but if you show patience and let the opponent make the first move, then parry and counter, you will land a good hit or two. Then back down and let them make a move again. And once in a while, force push the opponent off a cliff!
Jedi Master is the most balanced difficulty in the first game, chances are it's going to be the same case in the sequel. It would also be a good step up to keep things challenging, since you have already mastered Knight-difficulty, I recommend checking it out in JFO first tho, to see if it's of your liking.
