I don't believe you can play this with a gaming mouse that has many buttons. It just won't be comfortable. You have 2 things you can do: Do what I did. Use a keyboard only control scheme and use mouse only in platforming sections. You don't need to control the camera during normal fights or boss fights so it's not a bad option. Play with a gamepad.
