I used to run lots of cultists (started chaos with a lost and damned chaos army led by a single aspiring champion back when that was a thing), but the new limit to cultists (up to one cultist keyword unit for each non-cultist core infantry unit) and reduced unit size makes that kind of thing impossible without making up your own rules now.

It is all you are getting new. Best place to get Cultist is eBay, mostly from tbe old Dark Vengence box set. GW also made a five man box but I think its gone. If you are not GW exclusive (dont plan to play in their stores) Anvil Industries makes cool cultists, i have a couple of sets. You could also use imperial guard.
