Problem is, a well-done 69-70 is gonna cost him what I quoted anyway. I have seen a bunch of completed, "reasonally priced" Mustangs, and close examination usually reveals them to be crap. I mean $20-$25,000 cars, and they were patched-together junk. Better he should spend $30,000 and know it's solid.
